Our mission is to foster an environment where children feel free to thrive.  We are committed to the development of programs and creative solutions that promote a positive self-image, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and overall readiness skills that empower children to sustain academic and social success.

We are dedicated to the early learning and development of children from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.  Refuge Childcare Academy is proud to be a participant in the Keystone Stars program a state-wide child care initiative that recognizes high-quality programs through performance standards.
